14-day returns.

All unworn pieces with original tags can be returned within
sixty days of delivery.

How to return.

Email returns@louveu.com
with your order number. We will send you a prepaid label for orders shipped
within the Netherlands. EU and rest-of-world returns are paid by customer.

Refund timing.

Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving
your return. Refund appears on your original payment method within five to ten
additional business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges.

We process exchanges as return + new order. Faster than
waiting for the return to clear.

Sale items.

Final sale items are marked at checkout. These cannot be
returned.
