You are placing a pre-order.

Every piece in The Inaugural Drop is a pre-order. Your card is authorized at checkout. Your order ships from Amsterdam on 1 August 2026 — the day of public launch.

How it works.

1. Reserve now. Select your size and complete checkout. This holds your unit against limited stock.
2. We produce. Between now and 1 August, your piece is manufactured in our Italian atelier.
3. Ships 1 August. All pre-orders ship the same day, in the order they were received.
4. Arrives 3-5 days. Standard NL delivery is 1-2 working days after dispatch. EU 2-4 working days.

Why pre-order.

Louveu produces in limited runs to avoid overstock waste. Pre-orders let us match production exactly to demand — every piece is made for someone who reserved it. You get first access to sizes that sell out fast, we produce responsibly.

Frequently asked.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, up until 25 July 2026. Email info@louveu.com with your order number to swap sizes, add pieces, or cancel.

When am I charged?

Your card is authorized at checkout. Full charge happens 24 hours before shipping (31 July 2026). If your card fails on that date, we email you before your order is cancelled.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before 25 July 2026, no questions asked. Full refund within 5 business days.

What if my size is sold out at production?

Pre-orders are guaranteed. If we cannot fulfill your exact size, we contact you within 24 hours to swap or refund.

Sixty-day returns still apply.

After delivery, you have sixty days to return any unworn piece with tags. See Returns.
